50 PvE-only skills: Where's the list?
So we have a list of 100 skills to be used by everyone, so we can readily spot any balance issues (overpowered/underpowered/typos/incorrect effects/etc.) and to help Izzy fine-tune them. So, how about a list of the 50 left over PvE-only skills? Surely they too need to be "balanced" and what-not. Plus, ya know, I'd love to see them, personally.
Unless, of course, there is some potential spoilers hidden with the skills themselves. Either way, shouldn't we review them? Just consider this a humble request.

fairly certain most of the pve skills are non-combat and stuff that only works in certain missions.

Some will be like the junundu skills (since you can commandeer golems in this). Not all 50 will be like the alliance/sunspear skills

All conjecture. There's no proof of any of this. The only skill we know anything about is the "Light of Deldrimor", which has been described as having two effects, one in-battle (AoE damage skill), and one out-of-battle (revealing "secrets", probably dealing with quests/missions). How you (Miral) can get most of the skills being non-combat out of that one example is beyond me.
The "Golem-riding" thing being like Junundu has been debunked, as well, if I'm not mistaken. It's more likely like a hero/pet control in the sense of "controlling" it. Besides, even if it was like Junundu, it wouldn't be included with the total number of skills (150) included with GW:EN, since the Junundu skills weren't included in the Nightfall list.
Any kind of special mission-type skills are likely not included, either. For instance, in the Venta Cemetary mission, we get a Disarm Trap skill, which is not included in the total list of Nightfall skills. We also have the "Vials of Purified Water" skill we acquire only for the Nundu Bay mission - also not included. The Celestial Skills in Factions is also not included in that list.
I seriously doubt they would start including skills like that in their total listing. Most, if not all the PvE-only skills will probably be linked to the "reputation" with the various groups in GW:EN, and operate similar to the PVE-only skills we already have, only not profession-specific. This is what I've gathered with the information we have seen so far.
Now, that said - let's see 'em!

actually I got that idea out of the fact that none of them are class specific. if you have 40 skills that anyone can use that are useful in combat, it would blur the class definition way too much I would think. plus of course we have previous examples in factions (celestials) and nightfall (holy water, disarm trap) of skills that are only available in certain areas.

Exactly, and as I said, they are not included in the total skill list. They are ambiguous skills, and are not just PvE-only, they are as you say, area-specific. I'm thinking more along the lines of the Sunspear Rebirth Signet and Lightbringer's Gaze. Though they are powerful, there may be a limit imposed on how many you may carry on your bar at any time, like an Elite, but not classified as an Elite. Or perhaps you cannot have two or more skills from differing reputations at the same time. There are other ways to do these skills that doesn't involve guaranteed cookie-cutterness or very limited functionality.

were lightbringer signet, lightbringer gaze, and sunspear rebirth counted in the number of skills?
the thing about the number is it was originally advertised as: "100 new skills plus 50 powerful skills that can only be used in pve!" or something to that regard... 100 skills was the original amount listed, with the 50 being a separate feature almost... but then now they changed it to 150 skills 50 of which are pve only... i dunno. But I really think most of them will be restricted in where they can be used. which would certainly explain why they were not listed along with the standard skills. a "signet of the great dwarf" that gives high protection against the great destroyer's attacks would be a possible example.

The lack of elites in the prof-specific skills suggests to me that we'll see a bunch of elite PvE skillz. (Nice way to make room for them.)
Light of Deldrimoor was described as "dealing damage to "evil stuff", implies it has limited targets like Lightbringer's Gaze.

Tough to say, actually. The original advertisements of the skills simply said "Over 350 new skills", so the number was ambiguous. The only thing I can do is compare to Factions, which has the Celestial Skills, and realize they don't mention them in their report of "300 new skills", with no "over". I can assume that either the Celestial Skills were forgotten about when the advert was made, or they don't include mission-specific skills in their "list".

I think we can agree that we don't know what it means. Maybe instead of a list of the skills, with possible spoilers attached, a clarification is in order? I'd like to know if I can look forward to a good system of unique and useful skills (outside specific quests/missions), or if it's a bunch of purified waters.

I really doubt the Polymock Form skills are included, since that list of forms was leaked, and there's somewhere around 20+ of them. That's a lot more than 50 skills with just that. Plus, I'm pretty sure the Golems will not be like the Junundu as I mentioned earlier. We will be able to control them in the sense that we can control heroes - we're not riding them. Dwarf boxing? Who knows? But that's what I want to get to the bottom of. Are these skills like normal skills, but PvE-only?

You know, if it's 50 pve only skills, there probably won't really be that many skills. You probably get 10 for each alliance rep. So like kurz/luxon get 10 skills and sunspear gets 10 skills. So we'll probably have 10 asura, 10 dwarf, 10 norn and maybe 10 ebon vanguard? That leaves 10 general purpose like LB skills. So ten general purpose, and 2 from each rep type. So not really a massive change. Still, maybe they'll be really good skills. I hope anyway.

What would u need lb skills for ? Last time i checked Abbadon was pretty dead.

You don't. I'm just saying that there will likely be some general skills, that don't rely on classes. Like sunspear/kurz/lux have 10 skills each, but you can only use the skills from your class. But the LB skills don't rely on class. You don't have to be a warrior, a ele, para, whatever. They're not linked to class.
